You may be eligible for benefits from a class action settlement involving Zenith Data Incident Settlement, but you need to act.

A proposed class action lawsuit against Zenith American Solutions, Inc. is pending in the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida.  The action regards a Data Incident that Zenith discovered on or about September 6, 2024, involving unauthorized access to a single employee email account.  As a result of which, certain files within that account containing information relating to Plaintiffs and members of the Settlement Class may have been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized third party.

You are a Settlement Class member if you reside in the United States and were sent a notice from Zenith that your Private Information may have been accessed in the Data Incident.

What Are My Options?

Submit a Claim Form

— Deadline: September 25, 2026

You must submit a valid Claim Form to receive a Cash Payment from this Settlement.  You do not need to submit a Claim Form to receive one year of free Credit Monitoring; an activation code is provided on your Postcard Notice.

Exclude Yourself

— Deadline: September 11, 2026

Get out of the Settlement.  Get no money.  Keep your rights.  This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue Zenith American Solutions, Inc. about the claims in this lawsuit.

Object

— Deadline: September 11, 2026

Stay in the Settlement, but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved.

Go to a Hearing

— Scheduled: October 26, 2026, at 1:45 p.m.

You can ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement, at your own expense. The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 1:45 p.m. at the Broward County Courthouse.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement. You give up your rights to sue about the claims in this case and you will not get a Cash Payment.
